Waterproof busbar trunking (also known as resin cast busbar trunking) is a type of transmission and distribution equipment without a metal shell. It uses copper busbars directly cast into high-performance insulators made of composite resin and quantitatively selected mixed materials, forming a fully enclosed structure. It is suitable for 50-60Hz transmission and distribution systems with rated voltage below 750V and current between 250-7500A. The product adopts a "sandwich" phase line stacking structure design, and the shell is made of unsaturated polyester resin and inorganic material cast as a whole, with an IP67 protection level, which can resist long-term immersion and wave impact.
The insulation layer is made of polyester imine material to meet the H-level standard, with a normal insulation resistance of ≥ 20M Ω. It has passed the 3750V power frequency withstand voltage test and is designed with no air gap to eliminate chimney effect. After installation, no maintenance is required. Mainly used in outdoor, underwater, corrosive environments, rail transit, industrial plants and other fields.
